Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that enables us to enter a state of conscious relaxation through rest and intentional heartfelt listening.
This practice is for any and every one and provides a pathway to let go by settling in to the harmony and resolution of being with things as they are. We accomplish this through turning inwards and moving between a state of wakefulness and sleep as the body and mind find balance
Join me for an experience of the senses to balance and align your Chakras through Yoga, with Crystals, Sound, Essential Oils, and of course Healing Reiki energy.
In this Class style Workshop, we will go through Meditation, Chanting, affirmations & a gentle flowing Yang practice, followed by a slowed down Yin style practice.
Working with the chakras is a great way to move your yoga practice beyond strength and flexibility and make it therapeutic for your life off of the mat.

Sound healing meditation workshop is a unique and experiential event designed to promote a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace through the power of sound. During this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of sound healing meditations that use various instruments and techniques to create a soothing and harmonious environment for the mind, body, and soul.
Participants will have gain a deeper understanding of the healing power of sound and will feel refreshed, & rejuvenated.
During the class, children will be encouraged to move their bodies in a way that feels good to them, while also learning to focus their attention and calm their minds. The class may incorporate games, stories, music, flash cards and other playful activities to engage children and keep them interested.
Our kids yoga class is a fun and gentle introduction to yoga for children. We focus on simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, & relaxation techniques, all designed to improve flexibility & fun!
