Restore your bliss! a 1hr Restorative yoga practice using all the props! Blankets, Bolsters, Blocks and sandbags! in this special private class we use Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bows, Tuning forks and chimes. including some hands on assists and a guided meditation.
This combination will relax you and leave you in a state of bliss! Room can be warmed or room temp, your choice!

Unheated / Moderate Heat - Yin is the practice of stillness. It allows our body and muscles to slowly unfold until released. Poses are held 3-5min. Soft Blankets and Bolsters available for added comfort
Unheated - Moderate heat - A gentle Stretch that will loosen your muscles, In this class we will move throughout gentle, floor based stretch poses before resting with hip openers and twists followed by sweet Savasana.
HOT - A flow that is slow flowing more mindfully, In this class we will flow slowly throughout the poses to integrate your muscles and learn more about the flow, before resting with hip openers and twists followed by beautiful Savasana
HOT - A flow that will get you moving, In this class we will flow throughout the poses moderately with warrior series and standing poses, before resting with hip openers and twists followed by a lovely Savasana.
HOT - A vigorous vinyasa flow that will sure to make you sweat! We flow through a more advanced vinyasa series. Including Core strengthening then Standing and balancing poses and finishing with longer holds to release the nervous system.
HOT - A General yoga class, of floor based poses and stretching. This is a HOT class to ease your muscles into the poses! A class for anyone! it will leave you feeling great, with less tension at the end of class
Unheated - Hot stone restorative yoga is a style of yoga that combines the use of heated stones with gentle, restorative yoga poses to promote deep relaxation and healing. In this class, you will be guided through a series of restorative yoga poses, along with a meditation which is designed to help you release tension and stress from your body and mind.
Enjoy Hot stone restorative yoga and leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
Unheated - In this class, we will focus on relaxation and stress relief by using sandbags to support our body in various poses.
Restorative yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice that aims to promote deep relaxation and healing. Holding the poses 3-5 min supported by using props such as blankets, bolsters, and sandbags, we can create a comfortable and supported environment for the body to release tension and restore its natural balance.
Unheated - This class is designed for those who are new (or experienced) to yoga, recovering from an injury, or looking for a slower-paced practice. A "Gentler" Yoga class.
We will begin with some gentle breathing exercises to help calm the mind and bring awareness to the body.
During class, we will move through a series of floor based gentle yoga poses that are designed to improve flexibility & reduce tension, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.
